Terms of Use
These terms describe the current AI Page Generator Workspace and the responsibilities involved in using its drafts and downloads. Updated 30 October 2026.
The current service
AI Page Generator provides a website interface for preparing prompts, requesting page drafts from a selected AI provider, editing returned content and downloading HTML or Elementor JSON. It is a drafting tool for website owners and professionals. The current Workspace has no platform subscription fee.
The public guides describe the features available today. A page-type label describes a drafting goal; it does not promise a complete application, functioning business workflow or a particular commercial result.
Provider accounts, eligibility and charges
Use only a provider account and API key that you are authorized to use. Your selected provider’s terms, eligibility requirements, supported regions, model permissions and usage policies apply to its services. Check those requirements before connecting. For Gemini, consult the official Gemini API terms, including its age, professional-use and regional requirements.
You choose the provider and model. Provider quota and charges are separate from the free Workspace, and a request can consume provider resources even if a draft is unsuitable or fails local validation. AI Page Generator does not sell provider keys, control provider billing or guarantee free access to a listed model. Read the current usage information.
Information and material you supply
Supply accurate business information and use text, images, names and other materials only when you have the necessary rights or permission. Do not submit another person’s credentials, private customer records or material that you are not authorized to send to the selected provider.
Keep the API key in the designated key field and clear it when finished, especially on a shared device. Do not put it in a business brief, public page, exported file or support message. Privacy information describes the current data-handling routes.
Review AI output before relying on it
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive or unsuitable for the selected page. Verify names, dates, qualifications, statistics, quotations, prices, links and claims before publishing. Remove any invented business fact. You decide whether the content fits your website and how it is used.
A successful generation or minimum word count does not prove accuracy, originality, legal compliance, accessibility or search performance. Policy and legal page drafts are informational starting points and need appropriate review for your actual practices and region. They are not a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Downloads and publishing
You can edit and download the current HTML and native Elementor JSON output for use in your own website workflow, subject to the rights in material you supply and the selected provider’s applicable terms. The service does not promise that generated wording is unique or that every element is free of third-party rights.
Inspect both exports on the intended website. Native Elementor and HTML styling can differ. Forms, payments, bookings, subscriptions, authentication and other backend functions require separate integrations. A download does not automatically publish to WordPress. Keep your own copies; the current MVP does not provide permanent project or draft-history storage.
Acceptable use
Use the service for lawful website drafting. Do not use it to impersonate another business, mislead visitors with fabricated credentials or testimonials, publish material you have no right to use, steal credentials, distribute malware, or abuse the website or provider endpoints.
Do not bypass provider safety controls, website request limits or access restrictions. A provider may reject a request under its own policies. A different page type or model is not permission to evade those policies.
Availability and changes
Features and available models can change as the Workspace and provider services evolve. Requests can fail because of network problems, rate limits, unavailable models, validation errors or provider downtime. We do not promise a fixed generation time, uninterrupted availability, a support response deadline or a specific business outcome.
The current product does not include paid plans, platform credits, team accounts or direct publishing to external WordPress sites. If those features are introduced, their actual availability and any applicable pricing should be explained before use. Check this page and the public guides for updates.
Help and questions
For Workspace or export questions, use Contact & Support. Include the selected tool, provider/model name and safe error text, without credentials or confidential data. Questions about provider charges, quota, account access or provider terms should be directed to that provider.
