Privacy Information

This page describes how the current AI Page Generator website and Workspace handle the information used in the service. Updated 30 October 2026.

Business information you enter

Workspace uses the business name, short description, optional facts, language, tone and selected page type to prepare a generation prompt. The prompt and relevant input are sent to your selected AI provider when you authorize a generation request. Do not include passwords, API credentials inside the brief, private customer records or other information you do not want processed for generation.

API keys and connection choices

You provide your own provider API key. The Workspace plugin does not save that key as a stored project credential in the WordPress database or persistent browser storage. Depending on the selected connection, the browser may send the provider request directly, or the website server may forward a request. The key is used to authenticate the relevant provider request. Clear it when finished, especially on a shared computer.

Provider processing

The selected AI provider receives generation data under that provider’s terms and privacy practices. Its rules may differ by service, model and account tier. Review those rules before sending confidential material. AI Page Generator does not control the provider’s account retention, billing or model-training policies.

Generated content and downloads

The browser displays the validated result and prepares downloadable HTML and Elementor JSON. The current MVP does not provide a persistent project, saved-draft or generation-history dashboard. Keep your own downloaded copies. Your exported files contain the content you choose to include; review them before publishing publicly.

Contact form information

The support form uses your submitted name, email, topic and message to send a message to the site support mailbox. The form does not create a public post or a WordPress contact-message database entry. Copies may remain in the support mailbox and its normal mail-system backups. Do not send passwords or API keys. You can use the contact page to request assistance concerning a support message you previously submitted.

Essential site operations

WordPress can use essential login and security cookies when you sign in. The website and hosting systems process technical request information as needed to serve pages and diagnose failures. The support form uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier for abuse limiting and a security token for submissions. A provider request can also be subject to its own rate limits and logging.

Questions and corrections

Use the support form for questions about information you provided to this site. Avoid sending more personal data than is necessary to explain your request. This description covers the current implementation; review it again if you use new features or different provider services.
