Blog & Publisher Page Templates

Build an editable page draft for your publication, audience and editorial purpose. Use this guide to prepare your content and choose a visual direction in Workspace.

Start with the matching page type

Open the Blog Publisher category to see its 10 page types. If it matches your goal, start directly with the suggested generator. Your selection opens the same shared Workspace with the relevant prompt. You can change the page type before generating.

What to include in your brief

  • The topics you cover and the readers you help
  • Your publishing purpose and editorial approach
  • Author information supplied by you
  • How readers can contact you or submit corrections

Your business name and a short description are the core inputs. Optional facts make the draft more specific. Supply names, dates, links and numbers only when they are accurate. A short brief can be expanded into paragraphs, but it cannot safely establish missing business facts.

Example brief

Write an About page for a blog about beginner vegetable gardening in small spaces. Explain the topics and who the articles are for. Do not claim qualifications, audience numbers or a publication schedule that I have not supplied.

Adapt the example to your own business. It is an instruction example, not a claim about an actual company. Do not put passwords, customer records or confidential information into the brief.

Choose a visual direction

Try Editorial Story or Minimal Clean. These are visual presets already available in Workspace. Choose a font family and accent color, then inspect the result at different preview widths. Presets guide presentation; they do not guarantee a particular business outcome or reproduce a third-party website exactly.

Generate, review and customize

Connect your own provider API key and choose a model available to your account. Generation uses your provider quota and may incur provider charges. Read the returned sections carefully, check that they suit the selected page type and edit any wording that is inaccurate, repetitive or too broad. Do not publish a draft simply because generation succeeded.

Before publishing

Use your real editorial practices when drafting contributor, correction or fact-checking pages. A policy statement does not automatically create an editorial review process. Check author biographies and references yourself, and connect subscriptions or comments through your publishing platform.

Download HTML or Elementor JSON after review. Test links, spacing, mobile layout and accessibility on your own website. Some decorative HTML effects differ in Elementor. Read the Elementor import guide for the publishing steps.
